We're a two-person shop on purpose — every hire changes the company, so we hire like it matters. Right now we're looking for a licensed electrician or an experienced apprentice ready to work both sides of the trade: residential service and remodels today, commercial build-outs and three-phase work as we grow.
Owner-led means exactly that. You'd work directly with Max — the owner, on the tools — and Cliff. No layers, no dispatch board, no pretending we're bigger than we are.
